Fiber

I have logged numerous complaints with Vodacom regarding the fibre service at my residence. I have now been informed that installation cannot proceed because the POP is full, which I understand and accept.

However, I was advised that my account would be credited for the months I have been billed and paid for a fibre service that was never installed or received. Despite this assurance, I have now received an SMS stating that my next debit order will once again include charges for the fibre service that I still do not have.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please clarify who is responsible for finalising this matter and ensuring that the necessary credits are processed immediately. I cannot continue being billed for a service that Vodacom has confirmed cannot be installed at my residence.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service received from Vodacom.

Since relocating, my fibre was never installed because I was informed that the POP is full. While I understand capacity limitations, what is completely unacceptable is that I am still being billed every month for a service I do not have. To make matters worse, I even received notification that my next debit order will include fibre charges again.

I have made numerous phone calls, logged multiple service requests, and spent a significant amount of time trying to get this resolved, yet nothing has been finalised. There has been no proper feedback, no billing correction, and no accountability.

I am requesting the following urgently:
• Immediate suspension of all fibre billing
• Full credit for all months billed without service
• Clear confirmation that this matter has been resolved

Customers should not have to fight this hard to stop being billed for a service that was never delivered. I expect urgent intervention and resolution.

Why didn’t you phone back after 30min.
Do I need to hang up my current call and take yours.

I am expecting a call from vodacom before end of day
