Felicia Naidoo, misleading a customer.

On Tuesday, October 1st 2019 I spoke to a representative from Vodacom business department her name is Felicia Naidoo about a new contract for the APPLE IPHONE 11 PRO MAX 512GB. Felicia sent me a quote via email. We proceeded and accepted the quote and sent the requested documents to her. on Wednesday I emailed Felicia requesting feedback and her response was "Please note, the application has been approved, I will give you a call tomorrow morning, to take you through terms and conditions and have delivery take place"

Thursday came with no call from Felicia, I then called Vodacom just to be told that Felicia is on leave, now why on earth tell me you will call me when you know you are not going to be at work. I was told Felicia would call me on Friday being today 04/10/2019

Now it gets better, today being Friday 04/10/2019 I called Vodacom again as Felica still did not call me, I was told that Felica is on another line, I complained to the representative who I was speaking to about Felica saying she will call me when she knows she is on leave, she said that Felicia at that time is trying to call me so we ended the call, and guess what... no Felicia called me.

I called back again a bit late to be told that Falica is on a call again but the lady who I was on the phone with would assist me. She told me that the phone IS NOT IN STOCK.

At this point, I ask for a manager as I am highly annoyed I then get put through to a supervisor, I say I asked for a manager may I please speak to one and was told that the managers are all in a meeting (the usual when you ask to speak to a manager in most corporates) The supervisor is Vaneshree Govender, she also tells me that the phone is not in stock and it could take 2 weeks to get it. The supervisor said that maybe the system said there are phones available when there is not, so a big business like Vodacom can not have a system that works? a system that can give true information to their customers? I struggle to believe that

Now, why did Felicia not tell me the phone is not in stock? she told me the only colours available and we chose from there. Why is Felica now avoiding me?

This in my mind is terrible service from Vodacom and if I was told from the start there is no stock I would not have wasted my time on the call to do the application for a new contact at the time.

Yes I was after calling trying to get hold of her for 2 days, being told by the other representatives that she would call but didn't until the morning of 09/10/2019 after me calling again to find out what is going on.
