Feeling ****** - please explain
I placed an order online for a HUAWEI nova 11i 128GB DS. the deal stated that it included the following: 1. Theft Cover - 2 Months 2. Promotional 20GB - Once Off – Topup 3. HUAWEI Watch GT Runner 4. Bonus Video Ticket 1GB 3 Months
However it never generated the HUAWEI Watch GT Runner, therefore this never came with the package, there was no time the system prompted me to opt in or out of the deal. I feel **********. I called the customer careline and was told it was never on the invoice. I understand this was an end user issue but the website should also alert me to opt in and I am under the impression the watch was like other included “free’ offers hence no need to asks. I have since checked the website on all HUAWEI nova 11i 128GB DS deals, they still say “HUAWEI nova 11i 128GB DS + HUAWEI Watch GT Runner”. I feel ****** as that added extra was one of the major reasons I opted for the particular phone

Thank you for the call that occurred almost 3 weeks ago, and i was advised that Vodacom will organise the return of the phone, this was indeed arranged and RAM picked up the phone on Tuesday the 23rd of October, please note there was no communication on what was supposed to happen after the return, all i got was an SMS that Vodacom has received the return. which was Thursday the 26th of October. thereafter i called them on Sunday the 29th to find out what was happening, i was made to talk to 3 different people all saying they are not the correct department to assist me and the last person said she was escalating the matter, no turnaround time indicated only to call again on the 31st of October and was transferred again to a guy who also said he couldn't do a cancellation but also had to escalate and then did he tell me the turnaround time is 48 hours. so i still have a day to receive feedback (not fair) initially i had called Vodacom to also assist with changing the contract to a top up and now that it was returned, the amount on the billing on my side is ridiculously high, and i do not have a phone with me. All I am asking is to get assistance, even if i do not get the initial mentioned accessories at least get the phone to me please Vodacom, i will opt for what I had ordered for as this is now frustrating
