Feeling just a little hard done by...

This year I have had my fair share of issues with Vodacom and after the last billing issues I had, I though everything was finally behind me... It wasnt. I got a call from a partner of Vodacom trying to sell me a portable router with 5GB of data monthly. I accepted the terms because it will really help avoid any data issues. After doing the relevant checks, I hung up and got 3 smses. 1 saying my application has been referred, 1 saying a vetting application was registered and 1 saying my application has been declined...

I called to find out why and I was advised that Vodacom has listed me as a poor payer... I pay via debit, so i was confused. Only to find out that they cancelled my debit order because my account was in arrears. Not once was I notfied that this was done or going to happen. I find it extremely irritating as I have always paid my account. All of a sudden I keep getting smses saying I am 90-odd-rand in a arrears. I don't know where this comes from. When I manually made payments, I paid what was on the statement and twice now I have been arrears... This is extremely inconvenient. I used to be a proud Vodacom customer but now, I won't advise any of my family or friends to use their service.
