Feeling helpless and frustrated!
Just no respect for clients! Its a shame that companies can get that care free and I wish I had the time to start action or client team up toward being treated this way! 6 Months since I reported signal issues that was never a problem and technicians sending whatsapp saying they are on their way and never shows up, several calls and sms to technicians and now being bluntly ignored by the same technicians. Problem still persists! I have been paying my 7 contracts every month and cant enjoy the benefit! But as long as Vodacom has their money they are happy! I am so frustrated and this feeling of being so helpless against a giant company is not fair and something should be done preventing companies like Vodacom just getting away with this!
After this post Stephen your radio technician who’s number I got from previously complaining about this made several promises! I shared this post with him and also said that I will resort to Icasa for assistance! The same evening he made arrangements for signal booster installations! Nothing was done! He again resorted back to ignoring me and any sms I sent him!
How does a individual win against a giant company like Vodacom?
Its time that South Africans stand together and proof a point! You just cant keep on winning this game!!
Do I stop payment, then you according to the contract I signed can take legal action! What is my rights if you cant deliver?
