Feeling Cheated - no thx Vodacom

last year July my mother took out a smart S contract with Vodacom for R199. Ever since then we were billed R366. I now asked them for a breakdown and was told that the contract does not include the phone that came with the contract. ***? Since when? This is a load off bull! Why was this not communicated to mom at the time??! As far as I know a contract always comes with a phone. Not only this they also apparently have the right to change contracts as the find fit! <br> Once these contracts ran out I am through with Vodacom.
