Feedup with vodacom service provider

<p>Every month vodacom conveniently takes out money frpm my account but fail to deliver..this is pathetic service ... I have queries since jan this year ...i have not received my data or airtym this month ..last month i didnt receive my data also .. Phoning the call centre is the biggest waste of time .i speak to 5 or 6 people explaining the same thing . then i get cut of and transfered. Its the same cycle over and over .. I dont understand this when this is my second contract with Vodacom.i pay every month.</p> <p>I dont expect this in return !!!! </p>
