FEEDBACK TAKING TOO LONG

My account number is I***_2<br> I had a contract with Vodacom then i was displeased with the service hence i stopped paying the bill then my account was handed over to TSLS legal without any information provided to me then i paid up the account now am still having problems getting my name cleared off on ITC ,what kind of service is this ?, that's why am cancelling my contract now am moving over to cell c .
