Feedback regarding management advice on this matter

I’ve been waiting for feedback from management regarding a letter from management about a device that was returned unrepaired from Vodacom Repairs , it has been 6 weeks dealing with this matter and there hasn’t been any progress . I have been in contact with the Vodacom insurance company and there hasn’t been any solution to this matter . The device is still in my possession and not functional . Consultants are not honest , they promise call backs but they don’t stick to their words . When demanding to speak with the supervisor it’s either she /he is knocked off early or something . I am really unhappy with the service that I am getting from Vodacom.
