Last month I got a R3700 deduction from Vodacom from my bank account, it resulted that 6 other debit orders bounced (R800 in penalties). I went into Vodacom help centre in Menlyn Mall to query the amount. The guy just told me it was data that was used on my account, the next month it will be normal again.

This month my account shows I owe Vodacom R4158,85! So I went to Vodacom help centre Menlyn Mall yesterday again. They told me it was data (R2624.85), my phone shows I used 203 mb for the month, and the previous month 1.39 gig (of which 1 gig comes standard with my contract). So I ask for a breakdown, what device used the data (I have a second linked card in my tab that stays at home, but the data usage on the device also don't add up to the account I received. At home I use my iBurst Wifi, and at work the 3 gig Vodacom Wifi I took out), I was informed it will take 14 working days, which means I'm going to have bouncing debit orders again!! The service request reference is: S3-GJG2J-JO4MK

It is not acceptable. How can it take 14 days to get a statement showing me what devices used the data? If the guy gave the correct solution the first time this would've been sorted
