Feed up with vodacom **********

I've been having a problem with vodacom I've taken a contract out with them last year july and I've been receiving messages phone calls for a Vincent I have no idea who this person is and this year I was billed for extra data and airtime I bought knowing I never purchased anything I called the call centre and this lady made me feel like a stupid insisting that I should pay it and I thought ag okay let me just get this update.......then nothing happened after that and nw it happened again I was billed 2200 for my phone coz some how I received 20G of data plus 250minutes that I never even purchased after calling the call centre again they insisting again I bought the data really who the hell buys 20G of data and the consultant doesnt want to believe anything she just say the system can see the data was purchased from my cell but I never did anything nw I'm gna be the 1 who has 2 pay 2200 she doesn't even give me an opportunity 2 explain or understand that nothing was bought from this phone
