Fed up with Vodacom.

I'm extremely fed up with Vodacom and there bad service. The only thing vodacom knows is escalating things but nothing happens.

I took out a contract with them and been paying it for 3 years now, where it was suppose to be 2 years. My contract was suppose to be finished in April this year, but they telling me things about my contract was terminated for 9 month, but i paid the contract in full (always having a story for everything). I phone them every month to try and solve a problem, but every consultant telking me another story and escalating it to someone that probably doesn't exist cause no one gets back to me. I didn't pay them this month because i cant pay something i don't have, I'm tired of vodacom and really wish someone that can solve my problem sees this.. I don't recommend Vodacom to anyone there service is bad..
