Fed up with vodacom

This is going on sins I my renewal of my contract, yesterday I switch on my labtop for the 2nd time sins the 1st of March, was only checking my emails and when I switch on my router it said out of data, and this is every month sins I received the router,I took my labtop to vodacom and they switched of the automatic updates and so forth. I am seriously fed up, I am not the only one complaining about this, I will never ever renew my contract when due for upgrade. Feels like I have been ****** every month.
