Fed up. Vodacom is a big *******!!!

I am so fed up with Vodacom. I don't even know where to begin. This is my 3rd review in 4 weeks. It seems like the only was to get assistance is to post on Hello Peter. From November 2016 I am unable to purchase data using *111# or the Vodacom app. So I try using both and I get a confirmation sms but the data doesn't load. I call the call centre and get told I am being billed for it so a service request gets logged with the solutions team for the data to be reversed and a credit to be done and then it stops. I don't get feedback or anything till I post on hello peter. on 29 December I purchase 250m and the same thing happened. this morning I called and spoke to sifiso in the solutions team who assured me it will be resolved by close of business as he escalated with the back office. I called now and got through to customer care and the lady wasn't helpful at all so I just cut the call. the people in customer care are so il let rate and pathetic, it's not even funny. you have to verify your details again after doing voice password. you have to repeat yourself after being out on hold numerous times and it seems like they can't view ur previous call history so u have to start all over again. I am so done with Vodacom and will be changing my service provider. I called interview the week regarding my bill. my balance on the vodacom app shows R1760 but my package is for R599. I was given a break down telephonic ally which doesn't even add to that amount. This is all due to data I am being billed for that I didn't receive. on my last review, a guy by the name of rasheed called me and did a credit and gave me 1G complimentary. I don't want you complimentary data vodacom. I want to be able to purchase data via the app or 111 service and actually receive the bundle!!! I need all the data charges reversed. this is ridiculous.
