FED UP OF VODACOM AND THEIR LIES
im almost 3 weeks without internet, these guys are playing fools with me, told me im scheduled for repair today, when i call to ask wheres the guy im told the technician has been rescheduled WITHOUT INFORMING ME!!!

Please advise when exactly will a so called consultant contact me? as this is an endless EMPTY PROMISE which has been made since the beginning of my issue, its ALWAYS me who has to call!!!
Its already going for midday, this complaint was made Friday, if you really valued your clients BY OPENING OF BUSINESS TODAY I WOULD HAVE RECIEVED A CALL!!
Please advise when exactly will a so called consultant contact me? as this is an endless EMPTY PROMISE which has been made since the beginning of my issue, its ALWAYS me who has to call!!!
