Fed up...

Rather pathetic how Vodacom cuts my line, after failing to get my new banking details right, after first having gone into a store, then having to phone the call centre after their first attempt was unsuccessful, then having to phone the call centre again due to their systems being down. After they assured my my details were changed and correct, the debit went off, and i phoned twice a week later to find out if the debit was succesfull , to which to told me it had been, and all accounts were settled, only to be cut off, from both outgoing and incoming calls. They refuse to switch my line on again, and are even charging me an amount for the debit being returned, even though it was their fault and negligence. everytime i phone the call centre, you either wait an hour for a call agent, and then they just tell you they will call you back later, because their systems are down again, i am now currently still waiting for 6 call agents who have NOT yet phoned me bac****! this is my bussiness and time you are messing with. but heaven forbid we dont pay on purpose, then all hell is loose, but when Vodacom messes up we must still suffer and just deal with it because there is nothing they can do... not even senior management was interested in helping. well done on another mess up, do you think at some stage you can get something as simple as changing my address and banking details right so that i can actually enjoy the service i pay for....
