FED UP!!!!

I have never experienced such shoddy service ever!! It has now been a week since I upgraded my contract and I am still waiting for confirmation let alone my new phone! I have been pushed from one department to the next! This is totally unacceptable and I just want to cancel my contract with immediate effect!!
