Fed up!

<p>Two months ago Vodacom took off money. When I phoned they told be when I did a buy out, my account was credited so the money coming off is to cover the data. They assured me it will be R118 until the end of October. When we were on the phone they told me there is an 060 number on my name from 2006 . I told them that isn't a number I've had they must remove it. Last money over R600 was taken off. After numerous phone calls I was promised a refund of R508. They charged me to cancel the 060 number even though they say it's a prepaid number. I've phoned again and still no refund. What must I do to get my money back???? This is theft!!!!</p>
