Fed up

So in September my phone starting acting up. It started freezing and showing some images of which im not fami**** with. Now because my phone is still under contract and i also have it insured, i took it to the nearest repair shop. I took it there and i paid R340 for the technician to press a few buttons,it worked but temporarily. I took it back the next day with the same problem and the guy took it in for several days, several because on the day i had to pick it up he wasn't there and i coulnt get my phone because it was "still being fixed". I retrieved my phone only for the problem to persist, i then booked it into the repairs side where i had to pay R750 upon collection. Still, the phone was acting as crazy as i had sent it, i took it in for the third time and still. My phone was never fixed to its originality. A week ago i went to their new repair center at highveld mall, complaining of similar things and the consultant disregarded my complaint and said "its the user not the phone, the phone was checked and it was working, the battery was just low, you need to charge it properly. And i dont know who's gonna fix your phone because R... Is planning for her wedding, should it persist press the lock button, home button and up volume simultaneously but this phone is fine"... So i wasted a good 2hours of rest to be told something i could have figured out on my own. As it is ill be canceling my contracts with Vodacom because they're service is patheti****s too bad that I'm not assertive. But i will not continue to pay for a device that doesnt work the way it should!
