Faulty watch

I am very upset with Vodacom Bluff at the moment, they sold me smart watch that does not work, i have reported it 4 times already but they keep on telling me that they are out of stock, when i call they tell me they have stock but when i get there no stock...so ****ed, they robbing people these people they have 3 watches at the store but they all faulty, how is that possible?
