Faulty Vodacom tower Model Park, Witbank Still faulty....

We have a faulty Cell tower in the Model Park area in Witbank. I have reported this about 10 times and every time they close the case and say they are planning to install new towers in our area..... The tower is faulty now for more than a year. This is really frustrating because I can almost not make and receive calls at my house.

This time Vodacom contacted me. Even send a guy to my house doing signal tests. I finally thought that after 10 years something is going to be done......To my surprise they just signed of the fault again without fixing anything. I am currently at the stage where I would like to cancel all our Vodacom contracts and move to MTN. We at least have decent MTN signal. Since a few days ago our signal is even worse.
