Faulty Vodacom Home LTE - no help from them

After successfully resolving the LTE issue in my area a few weeks ago I now have no LTE at all. I am connected on the 3G network which is unstable and keeps dropping my connection. I have tried reaching out to Vodacom on their preferred channel of communication, Facebook, but have been asked to please be patient and give them some time. That was over 24 hours ago.

The scary thing is that I am tied into a 3 year contract and the service and product is not worth the nearly R900 a month I am paying. My pay-as-you-go Vodacom sim card works flawlessly so this is a home LTE issue that they are either not able to resolve, or just don't want to.

The whole reason I chose this package was so that I could work from home with no interruptions, but since late November this has been an issue. I have spent nearly R1000 on other data packages (Thanks MTN for actually working) so who can I claim this expense back from?

I'm so tired of this. Vodacom, please fix this issue.

Still nobody from your networks team has contacted me. Your social media person has just told me to 'be a little patient'. It's only been 4 days of no service. How I wish I had never signed this contract with Vodacom, what an uncaring useless bunch.

LTE was restored for about 6 hours and it has just dropped again. So no, the issue is not resolved. I notice that my stop order came off right on time this morning though, but at this point I don't actually know what I am paying for. Pathetic service continues for 6 days now.
