Faulty UPS supp**** by Vodacom

Never buy a UPS (uninterrupted power supply)from Vodacom SA. They've sold me a Mecer 3000VA to guarantee me power backup of at least 6-8 hours to run my fibre wifi router. BS!! After 2 weeks, this UPS started to shutdown after only 30 minutes. I phoned customer care numerous times, got many SR nrs but still they did not replace or repair the faulty UPS.
