Faulty tower. Model Park. Witbank

We have a faulty Cell tower in the Model Park area in Witbank. I have reported this about 5 times and every time they close the case and say they are planning to install new towers in our area..... The technician just need climb in his bakkie and go and switch the tower back on again. this tower is been off for more than a month
