Faulty Samsung S7 Edge (dead pixel on screen)
I pre-order a Samsung S7 edge and upgraded with Vodacom online. It was delivered on 2016/03/10, including a free wireless charger as part of the early pre-order perks. The handset however has a dead pixel in the centre of the screen that's especially noticeable when using it with the Samsung GearVR.

On Monday I phoned the Vodacom online call centre to arrange for a handset replacement, as per the information on the Q&A on the Vodacom online site, that states: \Should you find that your new device is technically faulty within 14 days of delivery, kindly contact us on *** to arrange for a replacement\".

I was told that the upgrade had to be reversed and all the delivered items will need to be collected, this should take between 7 and 14 days to complete once the reversal was done. I was told the person that did the upgrade needs to handle the reversal as well and will contact me to do so. 3 days later and still no call back...

I phoned back to insists that I don't want a upgrade reversal to occur due to the fact that I will not be able to get all the same perks if I redo an upgrade later. I simply just want a handset replacement. How can't there be an exchange service?! "
