Faulty Samsung S7

I purchased a Samsung S7 on 25 September at the Vodacom Bayside store. Due to the overheating of the phone when i charged it, I returned the phone on Wednesday morning 28 September and told the manager Louise i wanted a new device as this was not acceptable for a new phone. The battery life was also terrible it did not last a full 24hrs but only about 9 hours. I was informed by Head office , Tremaine that no fault could be found and they will not replace the handset. I then requested them to cancel my contract as I am within the CPA as I am not going to sit for 2 years with a faulty phone . This was a brand new device which was returned in 3 days., I have received no feedback to this and neither has the store ever called to at least inform me the device is with them. My calls and mails get ignored. Hence i have received an account that is due but i have not had the device in the last month, i had 2 days use out of it which is unacceptable to pay for something you dont even have. I request a new device or for the deal to be cancelled
