Faulty Samsung s4 water and dust resistant

2.5 months ago i bought a brand new samsung s 4 from the vodacom store in incredible connection canal walk <br> <br> i wanted a s5 which was on special but the consultant convinced me that the s 4 was a better phone and was dust and water resistant <br> <br> the phone stopped working on the 28th of december and on my return to cape town i took the phone in for repairs<br> <br> 1 week later i got a call that they will not repair the phone as it had water damage<br> <br> The phone is apprantly water damaged as the flap was not closed properly .if the flap had not been closed the phone would have been flooded with water (no sign of water damaged on the phone or screen )and if the flap has not sealed properly then it is wear and tear that must have occurred over a period of time and not in 2 months.<br> <br> So please explain to me how am I responsible <br>
