Faulty Samsung A14 camera

I was promise the handset will be collected 06/07/2023 ,up until today no courier showed up i only got a call from a Vodacom consultant on Friday afternoon about my collection every time a different person call to arrange collection but the courier just don't pitch up .and every time I have to confirm the collection address . after this experience i will cut all ties with Vodacom I have lost all confidence in them .thy are the worse service provider i ever dealt with ,Bad service .
