Faulty product!!!!!

I went to Vocacom4U in Stellenbosch and bought a BodyGlove iphone 5s charger. It was working for a couple of days but then didn't work at all. I returned home to Gauteng, and tried to return it at another branch (with proof of purchase), but they informed me that they can't assist, I'll have to go back to Stellenbosch. It is extremely ridiculous that they are making the fact that they are a franchise the consumer's problem - they should be able to take it up with headoffice and find a solution. I will NEVER, EVER buy anything from Vodacom4u again.
