Faulty phone should be replaced.

We are very dissatisfied that my husband got an OPPO last year Feb/Mar and in December his phone started giving us hassles. It hangs and when doing voice notes it take the user out of the chat mid sentence. We took it to the Vodacom repair store and was told it would take 7 working days, we got an sms that they were in the process of fixing it and when it was fixed we were not told, we had to phone to keep following up on what was going on. We picked up the phone today and we have had it for an 1hr and it is still giving us issues, we phoned the repairs people they just tell us to bring it in!!!! He must have a phone for work and cannot be without it. Please replace the faulty phone with a new one, we have been loyal to vodacom for 5 years now and have not had an issue until now. job no. ***2.

Dear Vodacom,

Yes we recieved a phone call to say they are busy finding a solution the issue, my stance is that if you sell us a faulty product and it is in warranty and it after parts were order to fix the devise and it still has issues a replacement is in order. Please get your someone to let us know what is going on.

Regards
