faulty phone nightmare

Vodacom I am sick and tired of the s**** phones that you keep on giving me if i wanted a s**** I would have bought one at Smal street for a R100 ,I have made too many trips to Vodaworld already and my time cannot be used to sort out your mess, I handed in a solid unit with the initial book in then why do I keep getting refurbished phones that are not even in a working order,3 book ins and 3 refurbs later the phone does not work , please make arrangements to come pick up this s**** from my house and bring me a new phone.I mentioned with the second book in that I don't want a refurbished phone and you disregarded me and issued me with one that did not even make a week mark.
