FAULTY PHONE FROM WORD GO

Dear Vodacom Below refers. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I pre-ordered the Samsung Flip 4.

Within 1.5 years after receiving the phone it needed a major repair - never dropped - perfect condition - simply stopped working. The phone was sent in for repairs 3 times from 28.04.24 - 01.07.24 before it was back in working condition (temporarily). I spoke to the client as she is not very pleased the pay the Quote – not because of the Quote but because of the principleThe client’s statement was the device was reported faulty with in warranty, and it’s been repaired 4 times with the same issue , surely this device is a faulty unit as the same issue is persisting after multiple repairs . Are you able to dispute this with Samsung and see if they will grant this JOB in warranty . I do acknowledge that there is internal processes that needs to be followed , however your support will be appreciated" VODACOM REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I SHOULD NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THIS REPAIR YET IT IS THE SAME ISSUE PRESENTING AFTER MULTIPLE REPAIRS WITH NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR NEGLIGENCE ON MY SIDE. THE PHONE IS IN OTHERWISE PERFECT CONDITION. VODACOM WANTS ME TO PAY R13,000.00 TO REPAIR MY PHONE WHICH CLEARLY HAS A MANUFACTURING FAULT. I will not pay. I will take this further. Regards, Nicole***
