Faulty Phone
I bought Sonyz3 this year on Contract in Cape Town a week later the button where you insert the charger was loose , the rubber wasn't nicely fitted, called Vodacom people, they said I should take it in for repairs, which would take about 2 weeks, this was an inconvenience for me as I stay in Grahamstown and there is no Vodacom here & I was also unhappy with the fact that I would be without a phone, I bought a phone in the 1st place was because i needed it.I stayed with the phone like that because it was still working . A month later the side butons (power button ) would automatically be pressed without me touching the phone, called Vodacom and they said i would have to take it in for repairs explained to them that there is no Vodacom where i stay and asked them to come get the phone 4rm me instead seein that this was thier problem and they said unfortunately cannot do that.my phone was still working so I stayed with it in that condition until it completely switched off ?? and wouldn't go on . Still experiencing the same problem worse it's December i need my phone i can't be without a phone and my birthday coming up Noo. Please sort this out, can't keep it anymore
