Faulty Note 20 Ultra 5G

So my brand new Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G is now basically a fancy brick since it can't receive any phone calls, tried contacting Vodacom and they say I must take it to Samsung directly. This has got nothing to do with me and Samsung and everything to do with Vodacom and Samsung as they are the re sellers that are selling faulty hardware to customers ,I bought this phone because it is supposed to be reliable for work and yet no one can get ahold of me,as a project manager in telecommunications this is unacceptable and can cost me my job.I will also be logging a formal complaint at the national telecommunications Ombudsman.I want my contract canceled and my money refunded that I have spent since start of contract since this is a breach of contract for faulty hardware that cannot be fixed through Vodacom. I am absolutely disgusted that I have to pay a grand total of R33 600 over two years for a phone that cannot do basic phone functions such as receiving calls.
