Faulty Iphone

Faulty Phone which I received in July 2019. the iPhone 6s died on me on the 1st Jan 2020 and when I took it to Vodacom, they came back later advising that its water damage, which is utter nonsense.

I will definitely take this to the ombuds. You either cancel your stupid contract or get me another phone that works properly...
