Faulty Huawei P20 Cell Phone

Greetings

We've done an upgrade on cell phone number ********** , at Vodashop Kolonade, on quote number-1- ********** ********** , we upgraded to an HUAWEI-P20, Model:EML-LO9, Color: Black, ROM:128GB, RAM4GB IMEI-8 ********** -4968-734, Serial Number:BPN- ********** 001424. We have inserted our simcard - ********** 695, cause it wasn't necessary to do a sim swap, but for some or other reason the phone keeps on asking for a pin number, even though we have inserted the sim card pin, we took the phone to back to the vodashop in Kolonade for an out of box failure cause it walls in the fourteen day out of box failure policy and procedure, the haven't assist us with the out of box failure and I am sitting with a phone that can not be used. I would appreciate if some from vodacom or Huawei can contact me, We've been having a contract with vodacom for over 16 years, but the servers late is pathetic.

If you request any additional information please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind Regards Mrs VM Franks - ********** 695

Greetings So unhappy and frustrated with Vodacom Service, so a customer care agent called, and gave feedback that I the client, need to go back to the Vodacom shop in Kolanade and take the phone back to me in order for them to book the phone in to be assets, first. So my problem is I need to drive back all the way to Kolanade, after explaining to the consultant at Vodacom Kolanade what the problem is, the phone is still within current period, for an out of box failure that needs to be done, this is a Vodacom problem and a factor problem – Huawei-P20, in the meantime they can debit my account left right and centre, they always promotional on how strong there customer service is, quick enough to advertise the product, but when there’s a problem, are they willing to go the extra mile for their clients no they aren’t So what do we as the customer from Vodacom do that has been with a Service Provider for 15 years, I mean come on give at least customer service were customer service is due. Frustrated as hell.
