FAULTY HANSETS FROM "VODACOM, SA'S NO1 NETWORK PROVIDER

Vodacom has really lost their standards. I ordered a phone on black friday last year, thinking that I would be saving on my monthly subs. After receiving my device late, I discovered that it was faulty. I was advised to book it in and did was that. A week later I was advised that Vodacom does not have an ETA on the parts needed so I just need to wait. After escalting this to ECLO which is meant to be solving my issue and deliver great customer service, I received another Fauly Samsung Device. I think it is now safe to say that Vodacom does not care about their clients and customer service. Once again I was understanding and emailed ECLO to ask for help yesterday at 12pm. No one has bothered to contact me a this point. This is really dissapointing as I took the step to move over from CellC to Vodacom. Hopefully this post will grab someones attention because as usual my debit order will go off yet the device is faulty and no service is being rendered. Seems like Vodacom used Black Friday as an oppertunity to get rid of their faulty devices.
