Faulty handset/device from my Vodacom contract

Good day,

In Feb 2021 I received new handset (Huawei Y7p) from my contract upgrade and all was well and in September my phone started to have some technical issues. The screen will freeze and reboot on its own (if it does switch back on) and if it doesn't, it only switches on by a hard reset.

On 06/09/2021 I took my phone in at Vodacom - Wonderpark for repairs (job no. ***2) and about 2 weeks later I was informed to come and collect the phone, the report said "no fault found". When I got home to test my phone it still had the issues, I took it in for. I took it in again but at Vodacom - Menlyn (job no. ***9) on 25/09/2021 and 2 or 3 days later I received a message that the mainboard was replaced and I can collect my phone.

The phone is still having the same problems the only difference is that it takes slightly longer the screen to freeze and reboot or switch off.

May you please assist in addressing this matter.

Regards, Makha Miya

Good day,

May I please have some clarity with regard to my voice minutes and data which are part of my contract that I have not be able to properly use since September, will they be carried over since the handset I received in February is still in repairs at Vodacom.
