Faulty gifts - no replacement

We upgraded to a Samsung S7 in Dec 2016. The free gift you received with the Samsung was a choice of a VR-Headset or a Bluetooth speaker. Seeing as we have no use for the headset we decided to take the Bluetooth speaker.

When trying to use it the day after, we realised that it was not functioning. We returned it to Rosebank Vodacom, spoke to the manager, after which we were told that the speaker is discontinued and cannot be repaired or replaced. We were sent home with a broken bluetooth speaker.

Seeing as we can't find anywhere on the internet where we can log a proper dispute for this matter, I'm posting it here, with the hope that they will repsond so we can get the speaker replaced.
