Faulty devices sold. Poor service delivery. Just avoid it.

I bought an Iphone X from them last year October. After two weeks the Iphone stopped picking up any sim cards put into it. I have had it sent in for repairs three times now, every time they do a factory reset, send it back and tell me there is nothing wrong. It is now the fifth time this has happened. I can't factory reset my phone every two weeks. Vodacom is not taking any responsibility, and refuse to gove me a new divice or cancle my contract as they say I signed a contract for it, I'm pretty sure the contract did not state "the device may or may not be working". So please don't buy devices from them their service is absolutely horrific, and they sell faulty products.

Also I've been struggling from October to transfer an account, I had to fill in the papers 5 times now, and yesterday I was told I have to fill it in a sixth time because there is no record on the system stating a request to transfer.
