FAULTY DEVICE RECEIVED!!!!!!

The device is not even one year old and has been giving me constant connection problems.<br> There is no signal - connection problems as well as phone overheating.<br> The calls are unable to come through as the phone goes to voicemail or is just dead!!!<br> I really am not satisfied with this product I have purchased at your store. Please can this be replaced as I do not wish to wait an eternity to have the device fixed or tried to fix.<br> I have had a long relationship with Vodacom and really do not want to part after all these years!! PLEASE CAN THIS BE SORTED ASAP.
