Faulty Device CAT S60

I upgrade my contract to a Red package and recieved a new phone. It was faulty from day 1 rebooting and switching off 5 times a day.

I returned it within 7 days and it was sent in for repairs. 2 weeks later it was returned saying that they found no fault. It was of course still faulty. I sent it in again.

I contacted Vodacom who said they would escalate it. They returned the device 2 weeks later saying they had done a software upgrade. The device remained faulty.

I contacted Vodacom and demanded a new phone. The manager said she had authorized it and I must send the phone in. They returned it two weeks later saying they found no fault.

I was accused of conning Vodacom trying to get a new phone. I have spoken to so many supervisors all of which cannot help me. I have emailed the CEO and have had two individuals from head office phone and promise to phone back and still nothing.

To top it off I am unable to load data bundles and so have racked up a R600.00 out of bundle data bill. I have phoned and was told they could not resolve my problems. I was told to wait a week.

I cannot understand what more I must do!!
