Faulty Data Billing
Nothing done on my data account and it keeps going up I’ve gone to 2 branches. Called 3x and no response. The only response I received is “we don’t know what’s happening and we’re still investigating”. R28k later.

19 Dec 2021, 15:23It’s been 2 months and I keep getting a consultant will call me. I went to the branch and I’ve had 2 people call, the case was once closed and nothing still.
The case closed and no one called. Then I received a R28k bill.
