Faulty battery

I have lodged a complaint on HelloPeter 8 weeks ago and Vodacom is ignoring me. I upgraded my contract in December and received my new Samsung Galaxy S10e. The battery of this brand new phone does not last more than a day and it goes flat when actual usage is less than 2 hours! I took the phone back to the Vodacom shop in December, within a week of receiving it, and I was told it is an OBF (Out of box failure). When I collected my phone I was told that Repairs said there is nothing wrong with the phone. I then did the review on HelloPeter, but for the past 8 weeks, Vodacom is ignoring me. All I expect is a working battery for my new phone.
