Faulsely accused of taken a contract on 2 cell phones

I am so frustrated with Vodacom i seek help to those with similar problem. Last year they started deducting money from my account and when I enquired they said I took 2 cell phones from them which I did not. Was advised to go to police station to get avidavit and send to their ***** department- which i did and even visited their Vodaworld store in Midrand and dropped everything they required and was told i will get a call, the harrasing calls i am receiving is that i must pay my account. I am a 52 year old lady who has never in her live taken a cell phone contract. I am told the 2 cell phones where taken by a person is in Pietermarizburg - I am in JHB. I need help. PLEASE!!!
