Fate Restored in Vodacom!
I just want to Thank one person at Vodacom, KAGISO MOKOU for the excellent service and feedback i got.
I had such a big problem with a so called Vodacom Live account that was registered on my phone and i did not even register this service!
After so many tries through the call center, struggling longer then 4 months for someone to just cancel this service, but with no luck. I came across Kagiso, which immediately helped me with my problem.
It was solved and i even received a refund from Vodacom.
I am a Vodacom customer and will stay with this network, just because of Kagiso Mokou!
