If there is one thing that drives me up walls, its incompetence. I usually DREAD phoning to any client care department. Siphelele however was a DELIGHT to talk to, from the moment she answered the phone. She could answer all my questions, put me at ease, and even made some jokes to pass the time while she was waiting for the system! I would recommend her for excellent service!
