Farud not being addressed!!!!

I have had an account with vodacom for the past 5 years give or take. The last two years, there should be a debit order of R75 for 1Gig data. In September, almost R2000 were deducted from my account. I went into a small branch in Waverley, Pretoria, to clarify the matter where they informed me that a sim swop has been done and an upgrade has been done on my account. They printed out the request with the id. The upgrade was done in Cape Town where I have not been in the last 10 years. Also, the id book that was used was not mine. Identity theft took place. The person at the branch was very helpful but there was only that much he could do. I had to do an affidavit and go into a big branch like Menlyn which I did on the exact same day. The person which I spoke to there assured me he would resolve the matter. This month, R4000 was to be deducted from my account. The debit order did not go through because there were insufficient funds and I therefore had to pay a penalty at my bank. How is this possible? I sat in front of the salesman with my original id book and my caucasian face. The person on the photo was not even the same race as I am. Why should I go through ALL this trouble to clear my name when the fault lies with vodacom’s security???? I will never open another account with vodacom ever again.
