Far too many dropped calls

I have far too many dropped calls and very bad signal. This is mostly around Fourways / Douglasdale area. I have tried to call the call center but always get cut off before completing the call. Nobody calls me back. I don't need anymore messages offering me free minutes due to the dropped calls. I have free minutes in my very expensive contract. I also often have callers complaining that I "hung up on them" before I answer. So the call does not ring and to caller it sounds like I have disconnected the call. Very bad for business. I am requesting a solution to this or some kind of financial compensation due to the inconvenience and loss of business.

Reviewer Update
Vodacom tried to call me once. I was unavailable to answer. So they closed the case / Enquiry. I have called again and its been escalated again... Still nothing. This has been going on for months. I read on Facebook that Vodacom offered somebody 25% off his monthly bill (I think it said for a year). Vodacom admitted there are not enough towers in the area and we are paying for a service that they cannot supply. I will gladly publish this response should you not have a record of it. PLEASE could this now get sorted out. Vodacom very quick to call to let me know my monthly payment is late but cant call again regarding lack of service !
