FANTASTIC SERVICE RECIEVED

I recently submitted an insurance claim for my damaged Nokia Lumia 930 (best phone ever!!!) and was told by Vodasure to take the damaged phone to any Vodacom outlet and get a new replacement phone. Great stuff!!!<br> <br> I approached the Vodacom outlet at Somerset Mall (Entrance 1 shop) where I always go for Vodacom-related matters and was quite dismayed to learn that no stock was available for the Lumia 930 as this phone was discontinued very recently... I expressed the fact that I did not want any other phone except Lumia 930 (Microsoft will launch the replacement for 930 only in November) and that is when I I realised that I was in the company of people who really care about their customers....<br> <br> The lady that assisted me (I regret not recording her name) immediately got on the telephone and phoned every Vodacom shop in the Greater Cape Town Metropol untill she found one for me. Not only that, but Microsoft's sales rep was also in the store at that time whom also got on her phone and started phoning around, continuously reassuring me that she will find one for me...<br> <br> Thank you Ladies, you guys are awesome!!!! I am picking up my new phone on Friday!<br> <br> Vodacom Somerset Mall is TOPS!!!
